Exercise. I need it. Do you?

Time for another video post where you ask me a question and I answer it. Today, I discuss exercise. What I do and why I do it.

What about you? What role does exercise play in your life?

I don't exercise but no one can really tell (except that I'm probably pretty weak). I think the last time I did exercise was in year 10 (12-13 years ago) when I HAD to or else receive a detention. I hate it and I don't find it necessary, therefore I don't do it. Maybe one day when I start to feel old or need to lose weight I might do something. I prefer incidental exercise like taking the stair instead of the lift or walking up the escalator instead of just standing on it like a sack of potatoes (it's not a fun ride people, get a move on). I certainly wouldn't exercise in one of those bacteria factories (gyms) though, they're gross and completely unmotivating. And I can't watch people watching themselves, it does my head in.

I have a strange relationship with it. For a while I'd go for two hours every single day and not leave until the machines had told me I'd burnt a 1000 plus calories, the upside being that I'd eat anything I wanted. I then got sick of the gym so I stopped exercising and analysed the calories content of everything obsessively. But I'm in a much healthier place now where I eat well and only go to the gym for half an hour a day everyday
