Wise words from E! host who’s been battling breast cancer since October last year. In this red carpet interview, Giuliana says going back to work has been a welcome distraction since her treatment, which included a double mastectomy.

“Attitude is everything. That’s the most important thing in the world. It’s so easy to be driving down the street and to all of a sudden get choked up and want to cry but I immediately think about all the positive things in my life,” she said.
