Emotional pain: breakups, always.

Physical pain: hmm, having a potassium infusion leak into the flesh of my left arm and that making the nerves feel like they were on fire was pretty well up there, I'd say. It hurt so much that I couldn't believe that there wasn't permanent damage.

Heartbreak...dumped via work email by someone who was in Middle East with military, so I had no way of contacting him. Me who never cries, starting involuntarily snot snobbing in the middle of a giant open plan sales floor full of men....couldn't believe my body was capable of producing so many tears
