If you’re new to this regular weekly post, it’s where we get to brag and confess to what we’re feeling particularly proud about and particularly guilty about.
SMUG: I cleaned out my entire wardrobe and folded every thing in every drawer.
Even bras. EVEN SOCKS. Won’t last but it’s topping my Smug list for want of anything more impressive.
CRAP: I have stopped forgetting to swear in front of my eldest child. Not AT anyone. Just general, descriptive swearing. Mummy has a potty mouth.

I LOVED this section of the Mamamia book.
I laughed so hard I cried and made my husband listen to not only both lists but also a commentary about how and why every item in each list was funny to me, and would also be hysterical to most of my mates. He wasn't as amused as I was about every item on the list, in fact he occasionally looked slightly alarmed :)
SMUG I've been to the library AND the second hand bookshop AND worked from home.
CRAP In order to work from home effectively today, I may have let the 3 year old watch Wolverine so many times he now thinks he IS Wolverine.
I also took said 3 year old to a meeting, at which he behaved terribly. As I had shamefully bribed him with an ice cream, he couldn't have it and cried nearly all the way home, telling me that I couldn't come to his birthday party. All of those brownie book points wasted, on a meeting. When he got home he explained to his Dad that he wanted to get the ice cream quicker, that's why he was tyring to get my attention (ceaselessly!), bad mama, bad mama.
Did I mention he's watching Wolverine again while I type this post?
Crap- some a'hole tried to get into my car while I was at the petrol station on Friday night and freaked me out so much I still can't stop shaking or getting teary when I think about what could have happened !
Smug - I jumped out of the car wearing 6inch heels and a cocktail dress and screamed my head off until he freaked out and people came running to help me & I didn't fall over or break a heel !
