The suave photo isn't an extra limb. Likely the model was sitting and grabbing her leg below the knee - and what they did to the photo was remove the hip/butt bulge so it now looks like she is standing.
The shot of the spiky hand in the Simply Be ad is likely the result of a bad recolouring of the garment. So many e-retailers can't be bothered to reshoot the same dress in all of its available colours...
I cant spot the problem in the "suave" photo
