A pocketful of cash and eternal victory. Everything we know about The Amazing Race grand finale.

Thrill seekers and travel enthusiasts rejoice as The Amazing Race Australia gets ready for its biggest year yet.

This season welcomes 11 teams as they gear up to race around the world. As always the teams will be completing challenges, solving puzzles and navigating their way around foreign countries.

However, unlike previous years, the series is in for a delightful twist - a celebrity twist to be exact. Yep, the competition is seriously shaking things up, creating a very new kind of arena for our contestants, competing on behalf of their chosen charity.

The Amazing Race has confirmed the star-studded cast will welcome a diverse range of people, from comedians, authors, media personalities, actors, and of course legendary host Beau Ryan. Together the entire cast is sure to deliver some A-grade family-friendly entertainment, so strap in as we get ready to watch the stars begin their journey of a lifetime.

"From culture shock, meagre budgets, and the pressure of a nonstop race, our star racers will be tested in ways we've never seen before," said host Beau Ryan.

As the season is yet to premiere many details are still under wraps, however, speculation of who will be in this year's finale and therefore have a chance at taking home the $250,000 cash prize has begun.

So without further ado, let us introduce you to the teams we're placing bets on for this year's grand finale.

Team Ben and Jackie from The Amazing Race 2023.

This dynamic duo is seriously competitive. Ben, the former drummer to the hugely successful Australian rock band Silverchair is pairing up with his partner Jackie, who starred on The Real Housewives of Melbourne and is well known for talking about her apparent psychic powers.

This successful pair have said they're excited to spend quality time with one another, however, don't let that fool you, this couple is here to play.

Team Grant and Chezzi from The Amazing Race 2023.

This husband and wife combo are no strangers to putting on an entertaining performance, which is why you've likely seen them on your tell before. TV personality Grant Denyer is teaming up with his wife Chezzi for what they are calling their kind of "holiday", excited to impress their family and help a charity they care about.

Team Peter and Frankie from The Amazing Race 2023.

Our only father-daughter combo on the season welcomes comedian and actor Peter Rowsthorn alongside his daughter Frankie on their quest for victory. You probably know the iconic Aussie actor for his roles as the loveable Brett Craig from the hit series Kath & Kim along with his work in the 2013 crime drama, Underbelly.

We expect this duo to bring the humorous spark we're all craving, whilst outwitting their fellow contestants all the way around the world.

Check back in later to find out who will be racing head to head in a chance to win The Amazing Race 2023.
