Scarlett Johansson just gracefully annihilated Ryan Seacrest on the Oscars red carpet.

In case you missed it, Scarlett Johansson is done with the small talk and stilted chit-chat associated with red carpet events, and she’s wasted no time in letting Ryan Seacrest know about it.

The awkward exchange came when the E! veteran reporter stopped Johansson and her agent Joe Machota on their way into Sunday night’s 2017 Oscars celebration.

Getting straight down to the nitty gritty, 42-year-old Seacrest asked Johansson, who is presenting at this year’s award ceremony, “I know that you have the opportunity to rehearse presenting. Did you take them up on that?”

“Absolutely. Yes,” Johansson replied. “You can never have enough rehearsals, especially when you’re walking across…” the 32-year-old continued before Seacrest cut her off to ask the burning follow-up question, “do you actually wear the shoes that you’re wearing tonight for the rehearsal?”

Clearly, the #askhermore campaign has been well and truly forgotten by Seacrest.

Done with being cut off only to be asked about how she juggles the arduous task of walking in shoes and being a woman, Johansson leant back before laughing and replying, “ah, what a ridiculous question.”

Trying to justify himself, Seacrest explained to Johansson that the LA Times had reported fellow film-star and Oscars attendee Halle Berry had worn her heels to practice, to which Johansson still absolutely did not care.

“Oh, yeah?” she asked while giving precisely zero f*cks.

Seriously, someone needs to give this woman an honorary Oscar for this performance.

When you watch the actual interview she doesn't say it in a way that is directly rude. She kind of laughs and jokingly says "what a ridiculous question" she then goes on to answer the stupid question.
In the exchange Ryan is actually more rude to cut her off. She is the actual interviewee (and celebrity) after all. He should show enough courtesy to allow her to finish answering his questions.
