Paris Hilton, the world's most famous blonde, is now a brunette and WHAT IS HAPPENING?

There are only a select number of things we can count on in this world.

One is that Donald Trump is bound to tweet (and delete) something stupid at least once a week.

The other is that noughties ‘it’ girl Paris Hilton would be the second most iconic blonde of all time (after Marilyn Monroe, of course).

So, you can imagine our SURPRISE when the 36-year-old decided to just completely change her hair colour.

Yep, Paris Hilton has decided to go brunette.

She debuted her new chocolate brown locks on Instagram, showing off her new ‘do to her 7.1 million followers.

And while her transformation has rocked our understanding of all that is sacred in the world to its very core, the change has been relatively well received.

“I love the brunette on you!” one wrote, while others argued she now looks exactly like her aunt, and Real Housewives star Kyle Richards.

Another added, “I think you look better this way”, even though Paris most definitely didn’t ask and doesn’t care .

And if you’re concerned that Paris won’t be having as much fun in her new hair, she uploaded a snap with the caption “##BrunettesHaveFunToo”.
