Jillian Michaels had a nose-job at 16 and she says it changed her life.

But she’s backed down on her “no excuses” mantra.
Jillian Michaels, 41, who is best known for changing people’s lives by helping them lose weight on US The Biggest Loser, says her own life changed at the age of 16.

That’s when she got her nose-job.

The woman best known for yelling at fat people on TV has previously called size acceptance “bullshit”, and she clearly doesn’t believe in nose-acceptance either.

Michaels says she was bullied at high school, which affected her confidence and self-esteem.

“I had my nose done when I was 16 years old, and I’ll be honest, it did change my life,” she told People.

“Not to say you should let your physicality define you, but there are some things that can make people feel really insecure,” she said.

The tough-as trainer left The Biggest Loser after a season in which she was accused of cheating by giving her team caffeine supplements, then training a winner who appeared on the final show looking unhealthily thin.

She’s now shooting her own reality show, Just Jillian.

She’s also the mother of two fairly adorable kids.

Michaels told Page Six that her life is “relatively absurd.”

We’re all “trying to be the best parent, trying to be the best spouse, trying to be the best at our job,” but that in “the midst of all that, it’s nearly impossible to take care of yourself and not lose your sanity,” she said.

Since Michaels married her partner Heidi Rhoades and had children, she’s backtracked on a lot of things, including her old catchphrase “no excuses.”

“If you can do only 20 minutes on your treadmill at home while you check your e-mail at the same time, it matters. I used to rip people apart for that, but you just get it in where you can, and that’s all you can do,” she told Fitness in 2013.

I had liposuction at 25 and it changed my life. But does anybody really care?

Nope. Nothing written here makes me like her any less. Team Jillian 4 Lyfe. BTW, "yelling at fat people" is super antagonistic. These "fat people" entered a weight loss show with full knowledge of what was to come. It's not like she was standing on some street corner shouting "Hey fatty, lay off the nachos"!
