Kristy Koutsogiannis shows us this season's way to wear the midi skirt.

Last week, I followed that fashion trend that is hitting up all the catwalks, by looking like 2 Chainz and Kanye West.

I wore a skirt over a dress.

Now, I got this fab A-line skirt from my people at ASOS, which I styled it over this fun City Chic slip that I picked up last season.

I did get stopped a few times with the casual compliment but most of the time it was the confused face when they saw this outfit. I’m all about the confused face.

Confused face for the win.

It's clearly 2 Chainz. Image: Kristy Koutsogiannis/Saved by Kristy.

Have fun and try this at home or better yet, when you head out with mates.

A-line and bodycon skirts work perfectly with this especially if your dress has movement in it.

Though I think the next time I try this, I'll have a go and mix it with some fun prints and textures.

You'll see it first, don't worry.

Let me know below if you dig this look.

She looks awesome. I seem to be exactly the height/shape who simply cannot wear this length. It's driving me crazy at the moment as it's currently so popular. I'm 171cm, standard size 12 and I look stupid in this length. I look nice in short style, to the knee or long, but in between, nope, always looks wrong :( Anyway that's my grumble, she rocks it!!
