I can only say, this is quite disgusting and doesn't relate at all to a woman's reproductive system. You could not depict it in a more opposite way. Our bodies are not our enemy, but if our periods feel like this, then it is the end result of our own choices.
If you have a condition like Endometriosis, this is exactly what they feel like. Nothing to do with choices. I have no choice but to put up with it.
Thanks, I didn't realise that my endometriosis was my choice. If only I'd decided not to have endometriosis, then I wouldn't have suffered such debilitating pain that cost me my career in my 20's.
Hope you also sought out a really good female gyno too. As I was told similar for many years by numerous docs & that I'd just have to put up with it. Until I was referred to a great specialist in Camperdown. She discovered not only did I have severe Endometriosis but also via laparotomy an ovarium cyst about 10" wide. Constant flooding and fear over its evidence on clothing etc is outside of living normal and you deserve a better answer
Trying to imagine a scenario in which my monthly (or fortnightly depending on what my body feels like doing) torture sessions are my choice?
