We know that a) Because she told everyone and b) Because she just turned up to the Emmys in disguise as a human disco ball, with her left hand resting gently on her abdomen, which is the international celebrity symbol for “I’ve got a baby human in here”.

BUT NOW, the tiny pregnant famous Nashville actress has revealed the sex of that human inside her.
Talking to omnipresent celebrity question-asker Guiliana Rancic for E! News, she said: “I’m thrilled! I can’t wait for her to come out!”
From which we can infer: It is a girl.
Hayden Patisserie and her fiancé Wladimir Klitschko are having a baby girl. And that’s beautiful news.

She didn't do a press announcement, she mentioned "I can't wait for her to come out" in front of journos - a pretty normal off hand comment for any mother to make!
Wow, I wonder if her doctor will advise her to have an elective caeser in order to make absolutely, positively sure that there won't be a chance of shoulder dystocia. That is one little woman. And one big guy!
I would DEFINITELY have a c-section if I were her! (Based purely on fear, unlike your medically informed opinion) Actually, now I think of it, my partner is massive, and I am small....I could be in trouble here.
Technically it's incredibly rare for women to grow a baby that's too big for them to give birth to. It's waaaaaaaaay over diagnosed. The position of the baby makes much, much more difference to a birth than the actual size of the baby. But the size difference between these two is just absolutely enormous.
I know all that, I really do, seeing as how I'm a midwife. I'm just wondering if her doctor will encourage her to have one, as it's a mistaken belief, and one of the many methods of fear mongering that goes on when a woman is pregnant. I'm in no way saying, or even thinking that she should automatically have a caesarean, I'm just wondering if that is what she will be advised to do to 'mitigate' or 'manage' the supposed risk.
