1. A lip reader has a theory about what Harry said to Meghan on the royal balcony.

Well. We now know what Prince Harry, 34, said to his wife Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, 37, during their apparently tense moment at the Trooping the Colour ceremony in London.

As the Royal family gathered on the balcony at Buckingham Palace, cameras captured the former Suits actor turn to her husband, to which he said something.

A no-doubt very reliable lip reader has since spoken to the Daily Mail, and shared that the Duke directed his wife to, umm, “turn around”.

Thanks to that assessment, now people on social media think that Prince Harry is “tiring” of Meghan. Because, of course they do.

Others made the (rather dubious) observation that she was “on the verge of tears” after the exchange, and look, we don’t mean to be sceptical, but… we’re sceptical.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are new parents after the birth of their son Archie in May.

2. Mel B caught the train to the Spice Girls’ London concert. No one seemed to notice.

The Spice Girls may be one of the biggest pop groups in the world, but that doesn’t mean they’re too important for public transport.

Yep, Mel B, a.k.a. Scary Spice, was spotted chilling on London’s Jubilee line tube while on the way to Wembley to perform for 80,000 people at the girl group’s concert. Just casually.

She was even applying her own lippy while holding a compact mirror; no makeup artist in sight.

What’s more, is that the people around her don’t seem to be swarming her?? They barely even noticed she was there.

Mel B shared the moment with her 1.5 million followers on Instagram, saying: "We are on the tube on the way to Wembley so we are not late."

Spice Girls really are a band of the people.

3. Jennifer Lawrence had to cancel her bachelorette party because no one could come.

Hollywood actress Jennifer Lawrence has shared the story of how none of her famous friends could make it to her last-minute bachelorette party.

Honestly, it sounds like every bride's worst nightmare. Or the very fear we've always had about planning parties.

The 28-year-old who got engaged to art gallery director Cooke Maroney in February told former E! presenter Cat Sadler about the unfortunate guest list misstep on Sadler's podcast Naked with Catt Sadler.

“Yesterday was my only bridezilla moment where I cried,” Lawrence said.

“I thought I didn’t want to have a bachelorette party and then last minute I decided I did and nobody was available because it was so last minute, and then I started crying. I was like, ‘I don’t even know why I’m crying, I didn’t even know I wanted a bachelorette party’.

“I guess I just felt pathetic."

When her fiancé suggested she and the one famous friend who was available go to the Hamptons together, Lawrence said the idea of a bachelorette party for two felt even more pathetic.

“I had one friend that could make it and he said, ‘Why don’t you just go to the Hamptons with her?’” I was like, ‘That would be pathetic. In a veil, sitting on a beach with one person? That would be pathetic’.”

Really, it's a shame Lawrence didn't think to invite us, because our calendars would've been wide open. Ah well, next time.

4. There are rumours Chris Martin and Dakota Johnson have split.

British publication The Sun is reporting Coldplay frontman Chris Martin and 50 Shades of Grey actress Dakota Johnson have split up after dating for almost two years.

The breakup has reportedly come as a surprise to friends of the couple, who last we knew were in talks about getting engaged.

“Chris and Dakota were very easygoing and always seemed really happy together," a source 'close' to Martin told The Sun.

“There was talk of engagement but now he says they have gone their separate ways, which has come as a real surprise to everyone.”

Nether Martin nor Johnson have spoken publicly about the alleged split, but if it's true, we're sure the uncoupling was very conscious.

5. A tabloid suggested Home & Away’s Sophie Dillman was too big for her bikini. So, she wrote them a letter.

Home and Away actress Sophie Dillman, 25, has written an open letter to tabloid media, condemning them for suggesting “I am too fat for my clothes”.

While on set for the television show in Palm Beach, paparazzi snapped photos of Dillman, who plays Ziggy Astoni on the show, in her bikini. The images were then published by a popular tabloid website, along with the line: “[she] narrowly avoided spilling out of her skimpy swimwear”.

The actress wasn’t prepared to let the shaming slide. She posted her letter alongside an image with a clear message: “You are more than just your boobs.”

“I would like to sincerely thank you for the photos you published of me last Friday,” she wrote to the tabloid.

“On top of trying to remember my lines, run between the ocean and rain in 9 degree weather, and deliver a performance in which I had to appear believably warm, I had the added pleasure of being snapped by your caring and reasonable paparazzi.”

Dillman continued by denouncing the publication “for choosing the most unflattering pictures possible” in order to publish an article that was “designed to make me look awful”.

“I wonder, do these paparazzi and journalists have children? Partners?” she wrote.

“I can guarantee they would never write a bad word against the people in their lives or publish unflattering photos of them for the world to see.”
