The tweet that finally got Chrissy Teigen blocked by Donald Trump is ridiculous.

We’re living in dark, dark political times.

Which is why it’s always been so refreshing to have model and television personality Chrissy Teigen’s frank, and often hilarious, observations and commentary on Twitter to get us through each day.

The 31-year-old mother-of-one, who is married to singer John Legend, has been endlessly trolling Trump since… well, pretty much ever since she first joined Twitter. And the internet hasn’t been able to get enough.

But, it seems Teigen’s reign as ‘Head Trump Troll’ may be snatched away, with news the 45th President of the United States has finally blocked her on Twitter.

So what was the straw that finally broke the camel's back?

Was it the time Teigen called Trump an "unwell, evil human being"? How about the time she said Trump had damaged her "faith in humanity"?

Or the time she didn't believe a world where Trump is President could be real, so she "prays every day I am a sim being played by aliens"?

Actually, it was none of the above.

Teigen simply tweeted this:

It seems Trump can handle all manner of insults, but being reminded that he doesn't have many friends sent him over the edge.

While normally being blocked by someone online isn't cause for celebration, many of Teigen's 6.41 million followers were quick to offer their messages of congratulations to the television personality and model.

Well done, Chrissy. What a time to be alive.

Oh, the world is such a grown up, mature place at the moment. We have models trolling the President with high school humour and the President is such a baby that he blocks her. Which then makes the news. I despair for humanity at this point

Oh it frustrates me to no end. The complete faith in celebrities and the complete abandonment for anyone who bothers to highly educate themselves concerns me to no end.
