Proud new grandparents, Bill and Hillary Clinton, have taken to Twitter to share pics of the first time they laid eyes on their new grandaughter. The whole family looks absolutely besotted with their latest addition, Charlotte Clinton Mezvinsky.

New parents Chelsea and Mark also couldn’t resist posting a picture of their gorgeous daughter, captioned “We’re in love”.

In wonderful news today, Chelsea Clinton has announced via twitter that she’s had her baby.
And it’s a girl!
What a lovely classic name they’ve chosen too. Welcome to the world, Charlotte.
We can’t wait to see this little girl grow up and become a fabulous female world leader. Maybe the next president. Or something.
For now though, the family is reportedly safe and healthy.
Chelsea Clinton – 34-year-old daughter of Bill and Hillary – and her husband investment banker Marc Mezvinsky sneakily announced at an event at the Lower Eastside Girls Club that they were expecting their first child.
Hillary Clinton, 66, has previously joked in interviews (or joked but been secretly been completely serious) that she can’t wait for her first grandchild.
The Possible Future President, and her husband former President Bill Clinton, 67, tweeted their joy after the official announcement.

Lovely photographs. I know I'm going to regret saying this, but isn't Bill looking awfully thin? Yes, yes, I know it's better than when he was chubby and scoffing burgers and do-nuts, but he looks almost frail.
Getting older I guess?
He had a heart attack or something a few years ago, and went on a health kick as a result. He's on a vegan diet which might be the reason for the weightloss.
Yeah Mils, I hope that's all it is. I never liked him much as President, but I like him a lot nowadays, with all the good work he is doing.
