Charlie Sheen has been accused of raping a 13-year-old actor.

Actor Charlie Sheen has been accused of sodomising an underage boy on the set of the 1986 movie Lucas.

Speaking to The National Enquirer, former actor Dominick Brascia said his friend – late The Lost Boys star Corey Haim, who died in 2010 at age of 38 from pneumonia – confided in Brascia before his death.

Brascia said Haim told him how he was raped by Sheen while filming Lucas, when Sheen was 19 and Haim only 13. Now, Brascia has taken the allegations public.

“Haim told me he had sex with Sheen when they filmed Lucas,” Brascia told The National Enquirer. “He told me they smoked pot and had sex. He said they had anal sex. Haim said after it happened Sheen became very cold and rejected him. When Corey wanted to fool around again, Charlie was not interested.”

The publication claims it’s been conducting a “five-year long” probe into peadophelia and child abuse in Hollywood, and reports Brascia isn’t the only person to accuse Sheen.

Brascia's story also echoes that of actor and singer Corey Feldman - another of Haim's friends and former child actor - who described instances of sexual assault towards minors in his 2013 memoir.

"At some point during the filming [of Lucas] Haim explained an adult male convinced him it was perfectly normal for older men and younger boys in the business to have sexual relations, that it was 'what all guys do'," Feldman wrote, without identifying the offenders.

"So they walked off to a secluded area between two trailers during a lunch break for the cast and crew. And Haim, innocent and ambitious as he was, allowed himself to be sodomised."

The National Enquirer has also published reports from women and girls who worked on the set of Lucas and claim Sheen propositioned them with inappropriate touching and kissing.

According to the publication, Sheen denied having sex with Haim but has not responded to the most recent allegations.

There have been A LOT of rumours and speculation for years on blogs and forums about the clues over which actor raped Corey Haim on the set of Lucas in 1986.
Several names are put forward of course, but Charlie's always comes up, the rumours about him have always been the strongest and the clues have seem to fit him most accurately.
I mean, how much more obvious could it be? An adult actor, on the set, household name, big star.
It's also hearsay, but:
-- I wondered if the 'Kingpin' clue referred to his signature bowling shirts?
-- when Denise Richards left him, I believe that she said something about him having / her finding underage male porn material
-- Charlie's biggest public episode and breakdown (2011) - when he was sacked from Two and a Half Men as a result - was one year following the death of Corey Haim (2010)
-- when Charlie Sheen announced he was HIV positive a few years ago, Corey Feldman wrote 'Karma' on social media
-- Charlie revealed that since 2011, he had "paid extortionists approximately $10 million to keep his HIV status secret". What were they really keeping secret?
-- It makes me worry for Angus T Jones from Two and Half Men. Also Charlie's twin sons Bob and Max, now age eight.
-- I also read once Charlie may have been sexually abused himself in his childhood/youth

Also, there is a bombshell rapist waiting to be named -- a very elderly 'Old Hollywood' star. His son is also an 1980s-90s movie star with a younger movie star wife. He apparently raped an ex-child star when she was a teenager in the 1950s. He was a married man aged about 40 then.
She grew into a beautiful actress, and passed away tragically in 1981.
Her family has been a long time awaiting his death to name him. He was already 65 when she died in 1981, they would never have thought he'd live this long. You ave probably guessed who, but his name starts with K, hers started with N. I hope, with all this public outing going on, he is now named before his death.

Many years ago, I remember stumbling upon some posts rumoured to have been authored by Robert Downey Jr that laid out some of this stuff.

OK, this one is tricky. I'm not saying it did or didn't happen, but this guy needs to be very careful here. At best, all he has is hearsay evidence, and (at this point) no actual proof. Making accusations like this - in the National Enquirer, not exactly a well researced reputable publication - would surely open you up to a defamation lawsuit. I'm a little concerned that we are heading into witch hunt territory here.

If Charlie Sheen was doing a lot of substance abuse he might not even remember himself.
