This is unexpected.
There’s reports today that an unofficial Adele biography called “Adele: The Biography” has revealed the 24-year-old singer struggled with alcohol in the early days of her career. The book states she was so drunk on one tour she fell off a stool mid-concert and forgot the words to her songs.
According to InTouch magazine, Adele is quoted in the book as saying: “I got so drunk by the time I went on at 2am.” “I had forgotten the words to my own songs… It was the worst thing ever.”
Hmmm….
Last week in an interview with an American news channel, Adele spoke candidly about dealing with fame and what it was like to win 4 Grammy awards.

I've (unfortunately) paid to see Wendy Matthews in concert and she was drunk on the night and possibly stoned as well - if it's true of Adele, she's not alone in doing this ... hopefully she gave a better performance than WM woeful and appalling 'concert' (she fell everywhere throughout each song and couldn't remember where she was or what song she was 'singing' - we were refused a refund)
Instead of reporting one second hand quote just to make Adele look bad, why don't you get the biography and read it yourselves, MM... now there's a novel idea.
