A Queensland woman believed to have been killed in a suspected murder-suicide had penned a haunting poem about her ex-partner’s violent behaviour.

Shelsea Schilling’s mother posted the piece to Facebook this morning, just two days after the 20-year-old’s body was found alongside that of notorious former bikie, Bronson “Lizard Man” Ellery, 24, at a Southport apartment.

“Shelsea wrote this when Bronson was in jail and was scared for her life,” Bonnie Markwell Mobbs posted.

Among the poem's more haunting passages: "He had hopes to de-rail me; Box me up and chain me; The man I had I don't even know anymore; So easily he would throw me to the floor and watch me pour; Without hesitation, he's unpredictable; What he's done is unforgivable."

It finishes, "They think they’re living life right. All they want to do is win the fight. There’s people that act and people that do. People that follow through. Follow through with thoughts they have in their head. The type of thinking where people end up dead.”

The poem was accompanied by a message Shelsea allegedly wrote to her friends, warning that "if I get hurt or die Bronson Ellery is responsible".

"To all the girls suffering from domestic violence please speak up," she allegedly wrote. "Be brave, because at any moment anything can happen. And to the guys that are doing this, please seek help."

Markwell Mobbs expressed fears about her daughter's safety just days before her body was found, writing on Facebook, "PLEASE HELP! Has anyone seen my daughter shelsea schilling since 9th Wednesday afternoon? Feared missing. In Labrador. [sic]"

After the tragic news broke, the heartbroken mother expressed her outrage: "Bastard had no life took his and my baby girl," she wrote. "Rott in hell Bronson. Let my angle be safe. [sic]"

Ellery, a former member of the Bandido bikie gang, had numerous run-ins with the law and had been imprisoned on numerous occasions - most recently for perverting the course of justice, according to The Courier Mail.

Investigations into the deaths are ongoing.

I think that this is now being investigated as a double homicide.

What would the attraction to him have been at first.Im confused as just by looking at him I cant see what would be attractive about him? I am sorry that this poor woman is another victim of domestic violence and people that read my post know that Im angered by the governments response as well as the press when you consider how many women have died at the hands of their partners in Australia and how many people have been killed by so called muslim terrorism. To those that will say that it is only by the zealousmess of the law enforcement agencies that there havent been more so called muslim terrorist deaths,I say, wouldnt it be great if the same zealousness was applied to preventing domestic violence

There's many reasons! Perhaps at first he was kind, loving, attentive etc or even he could have seemed fun, exciting, dangerous or even a combination which many women are drawn to for a variety of reasons...

1. many people specifically date people their parents wont like
2. girls love badboys and she was quite young and it was still a novelty to her
3. maybe they both liked to take the same drug?
4. we don't actually know that he killed her, or wasn't a nice guy
