With a single Instagram post, it appears Married At First Sight's Justin and Ashley are over.

So in yesterday’s now-questionable Married at First Sight couple news, it seemed that Ashley of Ashley and Troy, and Justin of Justin and Carly were together

However, apparently this is a lie.

To backtrack: Justin himself confirmed to radio duo Kyle and Jackie O himself that yes, the pair had been on a date here and there, and yes, they were getting freaky together.

When Kyle asked, “So it’s sex only, is that what you’re saying?”, Justin responded with a very quick yes.

So we quickly pencilled them down as soul mates. Naturally.

But now Ashley’s sister – Summer Irvin, has weighed in.

With a rather sharply worded Instagram story, Summer wrote, “Since everyone keeps tagging me. No it’s not true… Justin stop lying, you never slept with Ash… you WERE just mates… maybe not after this I’m guessing.”

Our heads are spinning and we are even more confused.

WHAT IS HAPPENING?

Are they friends?! Are they dating?! Are they enemies?!

It's all a bit baffling.

So far Ash has yet to comment, and is instead spending her Good Friday in Perth visiting MAFS co-star Tracey. They are said to be rapping with reckless abandon.

We'll update you as this very important story unfolds.

I heard this interview and it seemed as if Justin didn't really know what to say when he was asked something very close to "So, it's just sex". To be fair on him, it might have been his only way of saying "It's nothing serious yet" when he responded with the answer "Yes, it's just sex" I think Justin is one of the nicer guys that appeared on the show, and I was very pleased when he announced at the end of the show that he was going to use the experience to try and make another go with his real ex-wife and his still very young children. Yes, indeed. Being in a fake marriage must be worse than being in any kind of real marriage.

But what I don't like is hearing anyone say "It's just sex" about a young woman who might not feel the same way. Who knows whether she's developed feelings for Justin or not? It really shouldn't be something discussed between Kyle and Justin, but that's the reality of this radio show. I do think some the women on Married at First Sight have been given a truly raw deal and that they are being "slut shamed" left right and centre, while the men get away with anything.

However, the most serious thing to come out of this show was the cyber-bullying of Davina Rankin. I don't care what anyone else says - She's a 26 year old girl/woman and she is simply acting out of some kind of unknown problem. Who didn't have such problems in their twenties? However, I don't think she is at all nasty, and as cyber-bullying is one of the biggest reasons for suicide amongst girls and young women, it should be taken seriously. The poor woman even received death threats. For goodness sake - She was attracted to a man (who was 40 by the way), who had one week earlier dumped his fake wife and told Davina that he wasn't attracted to his fake wife. Davina had been with her fake husband for a few weeks, and it was obvious to both of them that they would never be a couple, let alone get married in the real world. Under the circumstances, lots of 26 year olds would do the same- Go for the guy they were attracted to.

If it was a real married guy who said "I'm not attracted to my wife. I prefer you" or something similar, then the right to say "go and sort it out with your wife and contact me after the divorce and the financial settlement - and by the way, I might be taken by then." However, all of this stuff was make-believe. She's been called a "home wrecker". Seriously? Whose home did she wreck? Tracey and Dean's? Tracey (who was supposedly oh so in love with Dean) has already found another man, and moved on. You don't move on that fast if you really loved someone, so obviously there was no betrayal of Tracey and no betrayal of Davina's own fake husband (whose name escapes me).

This is TV remember? It's not worth someone suffering from severe anxiety (as Davina has) or wrecking someone's life over marriage betrayals that are not even real. I don't think that the kind of cyber-bullying that Davina received should be legal. I think the police should investigate death threats and serious, soul destroying nastiness. There's nothing worse than destroying people behind the security of your computer screen. I actually think that Davina is probably a very sweet girl at heart, and that she's just confused about who she really is. Who wasn't when they were 26?
