You see, the Golden Globes 2019 has just finished and the alcoholic angel that is Sir Bradley Cooper did not win an award.

Lady Gaga won for Best Original Song for Shallow but she was ROBBED for best actress. And Bradley Cooper didn’t even get a participation award.
IT AIN’T RIGHT.
The people of the internet are not impressed.
They have expressed their emotions online and now they’re crying into their pillows while listening to I’ll Never Love Again on repeat.
IT’S NOT OK.

Maybe the industry who vote remember the last 3 times this movie was made and concluded it was nothing but a vanity project. They could have rereleased the Streisand version and given the production budget to actual struggling artists.
No room for a "oh and bravo Glenn Close for a brilliant performance and win"?
Or a "Congratulations on the lifetime achievement award Carol Burnett and for being a ground breaking woman on tv"?
Glen Close was brilliant in that movie
Or even a "we haven't forgotten about your duet with R Kelly, Gaga"? Strange bandwagon to be jumping on - Gaga isn't a hero in need of support here.
Deciding some people are above criticism or turning a blind eye to actions because you like them or are a fan of their work is pretty much the mind set that let R Kelly (and most of the people who we now know are total scum bags) off the hook.
