The suave photo isn’t an extra limb. Likely the model was sitting and grabbing her leg below the knee – and what they did to the photo was remove the hip/butt bulge so it now looks like she is standing.
The shot of the spiky hand in the Simply Be ad is likely the result of a bad recolouring of the garment. So many e-retailers can’t be bothered to reshoot the same dress in all of its available colours…

I remember Tyra Banks saying she loved modelling for Victoria’s Secret in the 90′s because they hired the bigger curvy models when all the other designers told her she was too big. Now all those models who were working for VS in the 90′s would be considered too big. What will we be looking at in another 10 years, frightening stuff.

Tyra was much thinner than she is now in the 90′s. She had a large bust which was unusual, but she wasn’t that much bigger than the current VS models. VS kept using her until she retired because she was their most famous model.
