This guy walked around a busy street with a sign that said ‘F##k The Poor’. And, understandably, people were furious with him and weren’t afraid to tell him so.
But the real shocker doesn’t come until the last 30 seconds of this video. You need to watch it until the end.
So we do care – we’ve just got to care enough to give.

I agree that the footage is original and striking. However, people walking past without donating does not automatically translate into not them not caring. I would expect most people see street collectors as a very inefficient (and sometimes fraudulent) way to collect donations and prefer to donate their hard earned/post tax money via more organised and efficient ways such as a recognised charity of their choosing. This is usually done through their local communities and networks. I walk past people asking for money on the street all the time, but that is not because I don't care, but because I already donate through other means, and I would become poor myself if I gave money to every person that stopped me on the street to ask for it.
Its amazing how people can be so passionate about something one minute, than just ignore it the next. Actions speak louder than words.
