People of Sydney, tomorrow is your chance to get your bills paid for free.

What would you do to have all your bills paid for you?

Beg, borrow or embarrass yourself publicly? What about dunk a complete stranger in a pool of freezing cold water?

If the latter doesn’t sound like such a bad deal to you, you might want to get down to World Square in Sydney’s CBD tomorrow – or Melbourne’s Federation Square next week.

Listen: Not in Sydney or Melbourne? You could try the “script”.

That’s because the team at BPAY Group are going to be in the NSW capital on Thursday 22 June and down in Victoria on Thursday 29 June with a giant dunking machine.

Anyone can drop by to go into the draw to have a their rent, water, electricity, or phone bills paid up to $500 for by BPAY. Every 15 minutes someone will be selected and spin a wheel to see which bill they’re throwing for.

Next comes the tricky – and potentially embarrassing – part. They will have three chances to throw at a target and dunk a person dressed as a bill. And if they do, that bill is all paid for.

Easter Show game junkies, this is your moment to shine.

The dunk machine will be set up on June 22 from 10am to 2pm at World Square, 644 George St, Sydney and  on June 29 from 11am to 3pm at Federation Square, corner Swanston St and Flinders St, Melbourne.
