WATCH: The hilarious difference between being 29 years old and 31 years old.

The world can look like a very different place if you’re a single girl depending which side of 30 you’re on.

Hilarious duo Garfunkel and Oates’ song perfectly summarises these differences. Mainly, that there is a feeling of optimism at 29 years old and a feeling of “there’s nobody left, I’m all alone” at 30 years old.

We must warn you there is a little bit of language at the end of the video (and it’s loud in parts) so don’t watch this at work unless you have headphones!

But you tell us, is this accurate? Do you identify with one or the other? Do you know women around these ages who have this view?

Hilarious. I can't quite remember how I was feeling at 29 & 30, but at 40 I was pretty certain I was stuck with crazy, single, designer cat lady. And somewhere that year I decided to be happy & grateful for what I had. It was liberating. I when I stopped being stressed & desperate it all fell into place. On the cusp of 45 I'm married to my university sweetheart, I have 3 gorgeous step teens, still a designer, still have cats, just not so crazy anymore.
