Women share their reasons for secretly trying to fall pregnant.

A host of women have revealed their secret pregnancy plans on Whisper – an app and website that allows users to share confessions anonymously.

Some admitted taking extreme measures to try for a baby, without their partner’s knowledge.

“I poked holes in all the condoms. I’m secretly trying to get pregnant to keep my boyfriend,” said one commenter.

Others admitted ideas of band-aid babies for their rocky relationships.

“I’ve been trying to get pregnant for six months because I think my boyfriend hates me and I can’t lose him,” said another secret teller.

Other women said they felt it was the right time to have a child.

“I secretly want to get pregnant with my boyfriend’s baby,” one Whisperer admitted.

“We’ve agreed that we will have one eventually. I’m just so impatient.”

Another said: "We're not ready yet, but every time my husband and I have sex, I try to get pregnant. I want children already."

Another admitted secretly trying for a baby with her partner, despite his preference to be married and "financially stable".

A potential surrogate mother also made a confession.

"I'm secretly trying to get pregnant so I can give the baby to my sister who can no longer have kids," she said.

Others admitted trying to "trap" their partners who were not fully committed.

"My boyfriend and I are friends with benefits, I am secretly trying to get pregnant."

Another anonymous commenter said she was lying to her boyfriend about being on birth control.

"I am secretly trying to get pregnant by a guy I am not in a relationship with just because I want a baby," said another.

The secrets were shared with Whisper, which is said to have millions of anonymous users.

Disregarding someone's fertility choices is neither trivial nor funny - as I'm sure abortion advocates must agree. A child is an enormous emotional and financial commitment, and deliberately trying to get pregnant against the man's express wishes is deeply unethical. In my opinion it's straight up evil.
