Hsu is from Taiwan,  an interior designer and minor-Instagram celebrity.

She is undeniably beautiful, youthful, glowing. She’s also 42-years old. Fourty-freaking-two.

42. As in, 40 plus two. 42. Half of 84. To be frank, nearly half of 100.

Now, for the very first time, Hsu has acknowledged the fact that she looks approximately one-quarter of her age, sharing her secret with Friday Magazine.

First up? Moisturiser, of course.

“Moisturizing is so important – in fact, ageing, fine lines and other skin problems moisturising can reduce.

“In addition, to keep skin healthy the sun is also very important, but not excessive exposure to it – especially in the summer.

“Although the sun is not always hot, you should still use sunscreen as sunned skin is drier and make small spots and small fine lines easier to appear,” she added.

The Mirror reports Hsu also tells fans to drink a cup of black coffee every morning, have as few sugary drinks as possible and eat less greasy food.

So yes, that absolutely means if you too have some black coffee, you too will age at the rate of one day per year. (Correlation always equals causation, haven’t you heard?)
