Loved this season of Masterchef. In the grand finale, it was nice to see the friendship between Brent and Laura despite the fact they were competiting for the Masterchef title.

Well done to Brent - Laura would be kicking herself right now, though. If she had read the recipe a little more closely, she would have known to cut the nougat, and given that Brent left off an element, she might have been able to win it. I think she was just a bit too frazzled that day. Still, Brent is a worthy winner.
