Every year, Vanity Fair releases a Hollywood issue, which features a portfolio of pictures of the years biggest film stars.
This year, the pictures have been shot by photographer Chuck Close, on Polaroid film.
They are completely unretouched, makeup-free pictures of the world’s biggest film stars.
And they are beautiful.

I wish this would happen a lot more often. There should be a lot more encouragement and promotion for everyone to go out in public make up free. There is nothing wrong with the way any of these people look naturally.
