Police step up search for two boys, aged 5 and 6, who vanished on Friday.

Queensland Police have appealed to the public to help search for two young boys who went missing from Redbank Plains in Brisbane on January 6.

The boys – aged five and six – were last seen at a residence on Wright Street, and are believed to be in the company of a 32-year-old man.

The man is approximately 188cm tall with a slim build and short blonde hair. He may be driving a silver 1997 Ford Laser.

Police believe the missing boys may be in the Bundaberg area, where they live, but are concerned for their welfare due to their young age.
