I have quite a high forehead and {yay} a big cowlick too, and the only fringe that's ever worked for me is a sort of choppy, angled fringe...
I have a few cow licks and I used to have a fringe and decided I wanted to get one again. Now I have it, I forgot how annoying it is to need to maintain my hair every blood day!!!!! But I like the way I look different for a change, so I guess that's something.
