Like I always say..."Opinions are like bottoms - everybody has one". I qualify that further by saying "I've seen many a bum in my line of work and no two bums have EVER been the same".
What makes a frock "good or bad"? Simply our opinion and the body it's placed on! What makes us judge them as "good or bad"? Again, our opinion...which brings me back to my original philosophy..."Opinions are like bottoms...everybody has one"!!
In line of work, best-dressed/worst-dressed comments are often heavily featured. Sad, I know. Because in my day I would've surely topped any worst-dressed list if I was ever famous enough. Actually, find me a real woman who wouldn't have in the 80's!?

Kylie's dress could've been absolutely gorgeous but whatever that is from her shoulder across her body looks like a snake and I think its distracting. The detailing is overkill. It might not look so bad if it just started at the top of the dress (rather than draped over her shoulder).
