I have limited internet so I don't watch videos therefore I don't know what this is about so I clicked on the End7 link, it takes me to a website with lots of slogans about end7, donate etc, and lots more videos, somewhere it does say end7 diseases but that's all the info you get, then I see to find out more click on Facebook page (I'm not sure why they can't just tell me what end7 is on their website), so I click on Facebook page still can't find out from there what end7 is, so I guess unless I watch one of the videos I'll never know.
Im not an expert but based on what parasitology i have done this campaign seems very short sighted and damaging. Widespread antihelminthic use that is poorly monitored by doctors to people who are going to be continued reexposed to these organisms appears to be a recipe for widespread antihelminthic resistance. A far better idea is to improve sanitation and access to clean water as well as education and cultural change. Prevention is the best cure and will not result in our only treatments for these diseases being rendered useless.
