Ruby Rose sure has played a lot of roles in her life. But on Wednesday night, the 30-year-old was playing a slightly different role — that of the ‘very proud girlfriend.’
You see, Ruby’s girlfriend Jess Origliasso — one half of Aussie pop duo The Veronicas — hosted the ARIA Awards alongside her twin sister Lisa.
And Ruby was cheering her on from the sidelines — digitally, at least.
The Orange is the New Black star was Tweeting and 'gramming up a storm all evening, starting with this behind-the-scenes snap (captioned "R.I.P. me"):
Although Ruby wasn't present at the Sydney ceremony — or even in the country, it appeared — Jess was keeping her in the loop during the ad breaks.
"When you're hosting the Arias, but all you care about is getting cute photos to send your girlfriend," the pop star tweeted. #priorities
