The Bachelor's Heather Maltman has a brand new job, and it's taking her interstate.

The Bachelor fan favourite Heather has landed herself a shiny new radio gig, and it’s as part of a brand new breakfast radio team.

Heather – who rose to fame on Sam Wood’s season of the reality dating show – will be co-hosting The Heather, Dan and Ben Show on the Gold Coast’s Sea FM alongside former rugby league player Ben Hannant and Dan Anstey.

The trio will start their new hosting gig on December 5.

Since her time on The Bachelor, Heather hasn’t shied away from the spotlight: she co-hosted I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Now with comedian Joel Creasey, and has also made appearances on Studio 10 and The Project.

She’s also co-hosted a summer radio program with her good mate/occasional visitor to the Bachelor mansion, Osher Gunsberg.

But there’s one problem: Heather has always been based in Sydney, and will most likely make the move to the Sunshine State to fulfill her brekky radio duties.

Considering she seems to love a life in the sun, we’re pretty sure Heather won’t mind her new life on the Gold Coast.

The fan-favourite has already shared a video of her life with her new male co-hosts, posting a video on Instagram that showed off the sense of humour future listeners are sure to love.

“I’m eating a pizza pocket… it goes with my outfit,” she said, while showing off her new team.

If we’re to expect the same Heather we’ve come to grow and love since her Bachie days, we will definitely be tuning in.
