It's been quite a fiesty 24 hours on mamamia so I thought I'd post the soothing blog equivalent of Rescue Remedy and share Susan Boyle's next appearance on the X Factor, singing a song from Cats. Some on Twitter are already claiming it's making them cry. In a good way.
Love it? Overhyped much? Poor woman. She just wants to sing.

I am so OVER this. Sure, Susan got on stage looking like Nanna from next door and took a big shot at her dream. That alone takes guts and I am glad she has not turned all glossy and 'perfect' and remained herself and I have to admit that she can hold onto a tune better than most of us average Joes. But she is not that great, people get so swept away with the media hype they buy into it. Put her on stage with the talented people who really perform the big musicals and don't hit the wrong notes and you will really see talent and exceptional singing.
Gigdiary, I've never met you but I think you must be a very lovely man. I hope there is someone out there apreciating you in person.
