Julie Singleton, the ex girlfriend of Stuart MacGill has taken out an AVO against the 45-year-old cricket star.
MacGill is reportedly prohibited from contacting the Sydney lawyer or coming within 100 metres of her Vaucluse home following an incident in December, reports The Daily Mail.
The former Australian spin bowler was served the order by police on Boxing day.
The pair went public with their relationship in September 2014, after MacGill split from his wife of 14 years, Rachel Friend, the previous year.
Singleton was married to Australian advertising mogul John Singleton from 1997 to 2006, with whom she has three children.
The relationship with MacGill marked a return to the spotlight for Singleton, who said she'd sworn off men until she "stumbled across Stuart" at a business function.
"I asked him what he did and had no idea that he was an ex-cricketer or that he would be mobbed by fans of all ages wherever he went," she told The Daily Telegraph in 2014.
"He's a nice genuine guy, who is very family oriented... He likes reading, watching movies and is very, very intelligent."
The AVO against MacGill will be mentioned in Waverley Local Court on Thursday morning.

Very family orientated, are you kidding me! Ask him when was the last time he spoke or visited his grandmother. What a joke! Self centred twit with a temper like his father’s. Everyone seems to have forgotten how his father played test and stormed out onto the pitch when Australia were batting to argue with the umpire and was never selected again. Don’t forget Stuart was ban from playing County Cricket in UK for punching an umpire.
