FLUFF: The Spice Girls had a reunion and you weren't invited.

Those three magic words. The three little words every girl in the world yearns to hear.

SPICE GIRLS REUNION.

Let’s be honest, straight up. The Spice Girls Reunion actually took place at Victoria Beckham’s 40th birthday party (i.e. We weren’t invited, we couldn’t buy tickets, and it’s already over). Mel C, Geri Halliwell, and Emma Bunton all went out on the town to celebrate Victoria’s birthday – we haven’t seen photographic evidence of Mel B in attendance, but she may simply have avoided the paparazzi.

Posh Spice Instagrammed a little Baby Spice dance-floor action…

She thanked all her birthday friends and fam…

And Mel C and Emma snapped this selfie…

Another guest tweeted this sweet pic….

Danced the night away w/ the #spicegirls! Last night was SO MUCH FUN! Happy Birthday VB!!! @EmmaBunton@MelanieCmusicpic.twitter.com/HGCEvMfE34

Other guests included David Beckham (obviously), angry chef Gordon Ramsay, and recently consciously uncoupled Chris Martin.

We know there’s a big difference between a boozy night out with the girls, and the relaunch of an international pop career that began decades ago, but this little birthday reunion was obviously instigated by Victoria “Posh” Beckham and that gives us hope that maybe she’s coming round to the idea of a full-blown Spice Girls Reunion tour…

A girl can hope, right?

And because there’s nothing better than a flashback, here are the Spice Girls singing happy birthday to Mel B all the way back in 1997:

They already attempted a reunion tour a few years ago when Baby spice had just had a baby, only you probably don't remember as they cancelled the last half of it after they all got bored a few concerts in having already achieved their ego fix at the beginning. They released a really bad song to go with the tour as well. I did feel sorry for the thousands of fans who paid for tickets and had their hopes dashed because this lot of sorry princesses couldn't be bothered finishing the job.
