OK, so pretty scary but you know what is truly terrifying? Sleep paralysis.
If you've experienced it you know what I'm talking about. It's when you're in a state of half awake, half asleep and you see/feel an intruder/monster near you and YOU CAN'T MOVE - not even a muscle. Totally paralyzed - O.M.G.
