Selling The OCwill follow Jason Oppenheim as he endeavours to make his Orange County, California group the most successful real estate agency in town.

Selling The OCis simply just the latest spinoff ofSelling Sunset, set in Orange County, California.

Orange County is one of the most expensive areas in the state and known for having one lucrative beachfront mansion after another.

Despite looking like a show where all the agents do is drink, dance and stir trouble (which you're not entirely wrong about), there's also some extraordinary real estate shown onSelling The OC.The show will also explore the professional and personal trajectories of the agents as they navigate love, drama and their high-profile careers.

Oh, and of course, there will also be A LOT of tea spilled. A LOT.

Who will be onSelling The OC?

A whole new roster of Oppenheim Group agents will be starring in the new Netflix program and this cast will be bigger than what we've previously seen onSelling Sunset,with 11 agents.

It's also worth mentioning there are quite a few male realtors this time around – plus three agents with the same... name.
