Despite the cries of many that we don’t need feminism, the simple fact of the matter is, women continue to be paid 17% less than men to do EXACTLY THE SAME JOB.
So, clearly, the most obvious solution is for all women to go shopping for a penis.
That’s what comedian Sarah Silverman says anyway.
In this video for the Equal Payback Project, Silverman explains that, on average, women make half a million dollars less than men in their lifetimes.
And that’s bullshit. So Sarah decided to buy a penis to keep things fair. Natch:

i can see in the private sector men getting paid more than women in the same job. This would not apply in roles in the public service etc or in say the armed forces, teaching, police say where a man or woman at the same level or in the same role could be paid at a different rate. Not sure what this pay differential actually refers to.
