Roxy Jacenko shares how she will spend the money received for her 60 Minutes interview.

Last night, PR mogul and one-time reality TV star Roxy Jacenko was the subject of a revealing segment on 60 Minutes.

The in-depth interview, helmed by journalist Allison Langdon, covered everything from Jacenko’s recent cancer diagnosis and surgery to her husband’s imprisonment for insider trading and how their two children are coping with it all.

It was uncomfortable viewing at times, with Langdon challenging Jacenko on her preoccupation with image, her decision not to have a full mastectomy as recommended by doctors, her famous work ethic, and even the timing of her cancer diagnosis.

And, as with anything Roxy related, the response on social media has been mixed. However, Jacenko has had the final word since the segment went to air.

On Instagram, the Sweaty Betty PR founder shared a message of thanks to the 60 Minutes team, and shared her plans for the money she was paid for the interview.

According to her caption, Channel Nine had agreed to donate the full amount to three charities close to her heart: Breast Cancer Network Australia, Ovarian Cancer Australia, and The Australasian Gastro-Intestinal Cancer Trials Group.

We asked an expert when and how should you check your breasts. Post continues after video.

In another Instagram post, Jacenko allowed an “rather fitting” Instagram quote to express herself — and in this case, it seems inspirational quotes really can say it all.

Jacenko also posted a photo of herself with her two children, Pixie and Hunter, seemingly watching the interview at home.

In the Jacenko-Curtis household, it appears Magnums are the TV viewing snack of choice.

Regardless of where you stand, there’s no denying Roxy Jacenko can get people talking.

Maybe it can go into her Botox and filler fund?

Hang on ... in the 60 minutes report Roxy said she was donating part of her fee to the hospital she was operated in (which I thought odd as it's a private hospital and I can think of so many other worthy causes). What happened with that?

Roxy's not your typical struggling single mum when she has a full time nanny, her employees regularly run personal errands and look after her kids when she's too busy to do it herself, and her mother not only works at her business but also lives in the apartment above hers. That's a LOT of support. Plus, she spins quite the story when she says her toddler daughter is her best friend and she tells her everything in big conversations because she is a lonely single mum. Roxy is either sick in the head or a really stupid liar (I say she's both).

It is a lot of support, but with the exception of her mother's help, Roxy has built up that support with the fruits of her own labour. She may not be struggling financially but she is juggling a hell of a lot and I for one tip my hat.

Big deal.
It's her money and she can do what she likes with it.
