Gone were the long, luscious, sweep-a-hand-through-me locks. Instead, his hair was shorter—and (near-surfer) blonder.

That's because the last time Federer cut his hair so short was in 2013—the same year he (the defending champion) lost at Wimbledon in the second round against Ukranian Sergiy Stakhovsky, then ranked 116 in the world.

Men's hair is not terribly important in the scheme of things but I do love longer hair on men ( if they can manage it ).
However, there is a pretty horrible haircut that's been in fashion for about a year now.
I call it "The Cockhead".
It's that "shaved at the sides & too much on top" style that hardly compliments any face.
It's possible that it was influenced by two pretty amazing TV series.
"Peaky Blinders" and "Vikings".
In both shows the lead actors wear a version of this style - but then again, they're incredibly handsome.
I'm short & plump so there's no way I'd wear either my hair or my skirts too short and pretend I look my best.
As I said "it's not terribly important" . Fashion is supposed to be fun and nothing anyone should lose sleep over............
