You probably remember Rachael Leahcar from the first season The Voice, but it seems that her mentor from the show, Delta Goodrem, has forgotten.
The 20-year-old singer from Adelaide revealed to OK! Magazine that she hadn’t heard from Delta Goodrem in over a year.
“It’s sad.. she was my big sis,” Leahcar said.
She added: “She’s a busy woman, I understand.”
The pair toured together, but it seems the relationship has fizzled with Leahcar revealing she hadn’t seen or heard from 29-year-old Goodrem since May last year.
According to the Mail Online, at the time of the tour Delta told MTV of Leahcar: “She’s my little prodigy.”
Goodrem hasn’t responded to Leahcar. She is currently recording her fifth studio album in LA. Earlier this month she gave fans a taste of her new single posting an Instagram video of herself dancing.

So the moral of this story is that you have to stay in touch with every person you ever worked with?
Surely Delta can spare a few minutes of her time to send a couple of messages. It does not take too much time and effort really.
