I'm plus size and I would never wear this. I hate those off the shoulder dresses because you have to wear a stupid strapless bra which are uncomfortable and I would never wear a full skirt unless there is a hint of A line.
It just adds volume to your waist. NEXT!!
This is not a dress to wear if you have boobs. No bra!? Excess flopping fabric?!? Definitely designed by and for a skinny mini.
