Nobody ever said: “When I grow up I want to be naked on a wrecking ball.”

Role models have a pretty big impact on our lives. Particularly if we are talking about kids with impressionable minds. So should we yell at celebrities for being bad role models? Or is their fame a by-product of their job and we should just let them live their life?

Think about it. We might LUV a pop star because of their music or a model because of their clothes but it doesn’t mean we want to grow up to be like them one day. Nobody said “When I grow up I want to be naked on a wrecking ball.”

Our favourite Mamamia personalities catch up at Watson’s Bay Boutique Hotel over a few beers and realise that the most important role models are those we know. Actual-real-life know.

I will definitely be sitting at the pub with some friends and discussing what exactly I'm going to do with an Arts degree now that I'm almost finished... And whether or not it's broad enough to provide opportunity... or too broad so that employers glaze over your CV.

I'm very much enjoying debating over the asylum seeker dramas which our government is currently causing.
