Congratulations are in order for Senator Penny Wong.
Senator Penny Wong and her partner Sophie Allouache just had a baby — and she’s gorgeous.
“Sophie and I are delighted to announce the arrival of Hannah, a sister to Alexandra,” Sen Wong wrote on Twitter this morning. “Everyone is doing well. ”
The Labor Senator for South Australia, 46, is normally fiercely protective of her family’s privacy — but posted an intimate photo of Alexandra Wong with baby Hannah to accompany the caption.
The photo, which shows dark-haired baby Hannah wrapped in a blanket as an adoring Alexandra gazes down at her new sister while sitting on a couch, appears to have been taken at home.
Senator Wong is now a proud mother of two.
