It's not a video about failing a basic life skill. It's a video of penguins trying to pass a rope that had been placed to cause them difficulty in accessing the ocean. The equivalent of building a wall and watching humans try to climb over it then laughing at them, but that would be less mean.
"A series of manoeuvres"? Really? I think a series implies more than one, and all they did was walk straight into it until they fell over or made it past.
