What would your cookbook be called?

Debate? What debate? The real contest of the night was on Masterchef. Can’t say I went into this one feeling intensely emotional or heaving invested in the outcome. Love the show. Really like the finalists but….I have to say it: I miss Marion. And Aaron. And Alvin. And Jonathan.

Can’t say either Callum or Adam’s cooking styles particularly appeal to me although the theatre is of course brilliant. Oh, and I can’t cook.

If pushed, I would have said my preference was Adam. SO CONGRATULATIONS ADAM.

What lovely men and what a bloody great season it’s been. Gosh I’m going to miss this show.

I have rather a lot of questions to pose…..who would you have liked to see in the final? Are you happy with the winner? Was this season better than the first?

And, most importantly, if you had your own cookbook, what would it be called?

I posed this question on Twitter last week after the Cookbook challenge on Masterchef and it was all sorts of fun. I had two cookbooks.

Volume 1: “Bread: An Eater’s Guide”

Volume 2: “There’s Always Takeaway”

What about you?

If I did a cookbook, it would be for working mums and dads and I'd call it "Yum, Mum!" which is what my kids say when I actually have time to cook.

When I was younger, I wanted a cafe called "The Ready Teddy".
