It was an explosive episode ofMarried At First Sight last night but once again, it was an aspect of contestant Sarah Roza’s beauty routine that got many people talking.

Last week, it was the beautician’s unusual fake tanning method – applying it while dressed and just before going out. Yet, it turned out perfectly.

Excuse us, but Charlene was a god damn HERO last night and we need to address it. Post continues after audio.

This time, it’s her perfume.

The 38-year-old’s scent of choice is one that might leave you feeling a bit nostalgic.

Britney Spears Fantasy.

Released in 2005, the top selling perfume retails for just $24.99.

Viewers on Twitter (or their teenage selves) were delighted.

After spritzing on either side of her neck, Roza then did something a little more unusual - lift up her hair and spray some at the back of her neck.

According to users in fragrance forum BaseNotes, this can be a good way to ensure your perfume stays untouched and thus lasts longer.

"Plus, people behind you will smell it too," one user wrote.

The hair is actually also a great place to spray your perfume.

"Fragrances latch onto hair fibres, therefore hair will carry the scent of the fragrance for a long period of time," Steven Claisse, senior perfumer at Takasago and creator of various Clean fragrance previously toldS elf magazine.

So there you have it - more beauty lessons thanks to Sarah.
