Oh nothing - it's just the entire Lion King cast singing Circle of Life on a plane.

Today’s Good News post is brought to you by Vaalia.

For the next four weeks we’ll be bringing you a little dose of good news. Sometimes when we turn on the TV, radio or open a newspaper it feels like everything in the world is just sad and wrong. But there are pockets of delight and happiness, which we’ll be uncovering and bringing to you.

Oh nothing – it’s just the ENTIRE CAST OF THE LION KING BREAKING INTO AN IMPROMPTU PERFORMANCE OF THE CIRCLE OF LIFE. No Biggie.

Are you sitting down?

If you’ve ever been on a plane and you didn’t have the entire cast of The Lion King sing an incredible version of the ‘Circle of Life’, then you missed out, big time. Some veeeery lucky passengers on a Virgin flight from Brisbane to Sydney were treated to some pretty incredible in-flight entertainment, when the cast of The Lion King (currently playing in Aus) suddenly decided to break into the famous Disney tune.

Get ready to feel some feels (and just try to only watch it once):

Will that song ever get old?

i have looked forward to my flight , time to read, time to relax before a hectic visit starts, my god someone is causing a lot of noise.

not really but come on not everyone likes this type of music and may not want to have to put up with it.

Given the video was posted by "Disney on Broadway", my cynical mind is inclined to believe the whole thing was just a publicity stunt.
i.e. not just the cast felling so rapturous that they burst into song, but putting on a performance at the request of the execs.
It will hit 1 million views and bump up ticket sales at very little cost to the producers.
But, given how many people feel warm and fuzzy after viewing this, I guess that's what called a win-win....

That's a very cynical view carikku. I found it quite magical actually, regardless of whether it was for publicity or not.
